Broker's Comment
Privately owned yacht constantly followed and serviced by its two owners. The first equipped her for maximum comfort: hot/cold air conditioning with 3 Climma units, inverter, cockpit cushions and double deck cushions, bow Jet thruster, refrigerator, barbecue and sink in the cockpit. The second gave her an important performance upgrade: splendid new North sails: mainsail and genoa in NPL Grey Norlam + Code 0 in NPL Xi with battens and anti-twist cable, which together with the new spectra sheets and halyards, make "Cum Laude" the most performing and comfortable Dufour 512 on the market! Only 665 engine hours, two new 12'' Axiom plotters in the cockpit, interiors in splendid condition: what else can you ask for in a pre-owned boat?
