Broker's Comment
Margaret is an Oceanis 48 impeccably maintained by its current owner. You can sail around Italy and beyond, but it is highly unlikely you will find another in such excellent condition. It features a four-cabin, four-bathroom layout, one of which has a separate shower and black water facilities. Over the past two years, an almost complete refit has been carried out. It is impossible to list all the work done in a few lines, but highlights include beautiful mahogany decks with clear grout, a white polyurethane kitchen countertop, new bathroom pumps, new shrouds and stays, a sail drive membrane, and completely renewed exterior upholstery. Onboard autonomy is ample thanks to three water tanks (totaling 750 liters), two fuel tanks (totaling 480 liters), and four new solar panels that provide the energy needs. Handling is also easy thanks to rollable sails and a bow thruster. In short, a well-equipped, beautiful vessel that is truly ready for racing. Ideal for relaxing family cruises, with many friends, or for those who want to go chartering.
