Broker's Comment
Designed by Bill Dixon, this vessel was built in New Zealand by the shipyard Southern Ocean Marine using cutting-edge technologies and extensive use of composites and carbon fiber. Liara is a lightweight and fast boat but at the same time comfortable and easy to handle even with a reduced crew. It was designed and equipped by the current owners for a round-the-world trip for two, although the project did not come to fruition due to health reasons. The boat has been the subject of continuous updates and improvements over the years. The docking line has been completely redesigned with a Rocna steel anchor on a beautiful stainless steel bowsprit that can be lowered and pivoted. The electronics have also been implemented and are redundant for greater safety. The mahogany interiors are beautiful and very user-friendly, comfortably accommodating up to eight people, including any crew.
