Broker's Comment
Mira is undoubtedly a unique example of a Grand Soleil 52 LC Sport. It has been configured by its owner with particular attention to sailing performance. The tall rig mast, the T-bulb, the traditional mainsail with Harken Switch track, the hydraulic control unit and an extensive and fresh supply of Doyle sails give this vessel extremely interesting performance characteristics. But nothing has been spared in the field of accessories dedicated to comfort and cruising. Among the most relevant: Dual hot/cold air conditioning, dual refrigerator, freezer, ice maker and wine locker, dishwasher, watermaker and Fischer Panda generator. Mira is easy to handle both underway and in port and also with a reduced crew. In fact, we find all the controls led back to the cockpit near the helm stations: here are housed four oversized electric Harken winches and the bow thruster controls. This vessel is in excellent condition and has always been maintained by qualified personnel delegated to intervene without budget limitations. The hull has just been done and all service intervals as well. It is an extraordinarily interesting option for those owners who desire an extremely comfortable boat but with a demanding eye towards sailing performance.
