Broker's Comment
Owner-operated vessel in excellent condition and very well equipped. Configured in a three-cabin and two-heads version with owner's cabin featuring a double berth and head forward. The guest head is very spacious with a separate shower stall. Important optional equipment is present on board such as the watermaker, generator, electric primary winches, bow thruster and Webasto heating system. This boat has always been lovingly maintained by its owners and in recent years extraordinary maintenance has been carried out such as replacement of the saildrive foot and membrane, complete overhaul of the watermaker with replacement of pumps and piping, and replacement of the rudder. The Hanse 470 is, relative to its age, a very innovative design that anticipates all the trends of the most current boats such as the open transom with dual steering and swim platform. The interiors in cherry wood are also very beautiful and comfortable and perfectly maintained. Many reasons therefore not to let this boat slip away!
